We are highly disappointed with the treatment your people are giving to our requirement and damaged consignment. Even Insurance policy is not shared with us to claim damages and giving only quote from insurance company. See below email from Insurance company about the same.

We have never seen such a lousy organization and people who do not respond on calls, Whatsapp messages, E-mail messages for days together and not able to understand our situation who has given money to you to transport our material safely to destination.

1. They made us hire an exclusive full canter load transportation from Mumbai to Puttur at an additional cost of ₹16000/- taking advantage of our urgency & promising quick explicit delivery. Once the payment is made in advance, the vehicle did not even take off for a week. Later we found out that the driver is loading another site transportation containing heavy iron rods which delayed the take off. They flatly refused to return the extra amount of 16000/- charged for explicit service, saying that they don't do refunds.

2. Over every expensive fabric and furniture surface, they have written L. R. numbers with permanent ink which is not washable.

3. Improper packing and heavy damage by loading heavy iron rods on our boxes. They refuse to even speak about it, despite showing proof of damage.

4. No door step delivery, as the driver was incapable of turning into our colony. The additional charges of hiring another transport and labor from colony gate to door step had to be beared by us.

5. The staff is the most annoying of all. The lady - Rajani - who speaks sugar coated language before payment, is asking us to "get lost" and forget our "Chavanni" (₹16000/-) as they are not going to do any refunds.

Please people do proper research before hiring any such company. The stress and worry caused by these people apart from the loss of money is too much to bear for my retired parents who wanted a hassle-free relocation to their home town.

I suggest don’t choose patel packers and movers Mumvai. We had worst experience with them.

There is a lady Ranjan patel who talks very sweet initially but once you pay her behaviour will totally changed. Worst quality packaging material they use. Our 80% luggage were damaged. TV, almirah, sofa, kitchen items all damaged. Even our Jwellery and cloths were also missing. When we ask them that we had insurance for items so she said no sir this is not covered in your package. Ranjan patel behaviour is like uneducated people and the language she use it’s hard to explain. Don’t go with them for shifting.

Charged me hell of a lot of money to send goods abroad. I paid for the insurance which was 3% of the value of goods also paid extra for special corrugated boxes for sending items safely. When I received the items to my surprise the boxes were changed into thin corrugated boxes so that it is cheaper for them to send abroad and not only that some of the items were stolen and some wooden items were broken. I called them for compensation and claim insurance to my shock and disbelief the manager said that the insurance is null and void because the boxes have be changed. There is no compensation.I never told them to change the boxes they changed it to save on weight. Now they don't respond and don't pickup the phone. They are cheaters. Sendthe goods at your own peril. Just stay away from Patel movers and packers Andheri.

People's are full fraud and thief. My costliest items are missing also my Air Conditioners is full damage I had loss of almost 20-25k. Company has not paid a single penny for my damage and missing item. When informed to the lady who is SPOC from company she directly said she will not pay a single amount for that even on beginning when the rate was fixed by discussion but after packing and loading they charged my extra 6k amount which I had to pay because they have my belongings. Guys belive me don't go for this company never. I am in big loss after this i wish i didn't have used their service.

Before doing the payment they would talk properly and win our trusts on them. Once the payment is done, there is no responsibility from anyone in order to know where our package is or in what condition it is
